  • Bacon cut into strips (lardons)100 g
  • Ripe plantain, thickly sliced and quartered175 g
  • Cashew Nut Xerém50 g
  • Natural shredded coconut (unsweetened)50 g
  • unsalted butter30 g
  • Cassava flour type Biju120 g
  • Salt, pepper and parsley to taste
  1. Fry the bacon in its own fat using a large nonstick skillet.
  2. Once golden, remove the bacon strips with a fork and place them on a paper towel to dry.
  3. With the oil left by the bacon in the pan (discard a little if you have too much), fry the banana until golden.
  4. Add the chestnuts, mix until lightly toasted and add the coconut.
  5. Return the bacon to the skillet and homogenize everything.
  6. Add the butter and flour, mixing constantly until it becomes dry (about 3 minutes).
  7. Finish with salt, pepper and parsley. Enjoy your food!
