  • Grated carrot1 unit(s)
  • Chopped cabbage4 unit(s)
  • Garlic (cloves)4 unit(s)
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Boiled eggs3 unit(s)
  • Cassava flour500 g
  • Olive Oil2 tablespoon
  • Black pepper to taste
  1. Fry the onions cut into half moons and the carrot in olive oil, season with salt and black pepper, sauté well until the onion is caramelized.
  2. Add the chopped garlic cloves and butter and let it sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add the chopped cabbage and when it wilts add the cassava flour and chopped boiled eggs. Adjust the salt and serve warm.
