- grated coconut | 1 to taste
- corn starch | 1 cup
- sugar | 1 cup
- Water | 2 cup
- black plums | 15 unit(s)
Recipe
- Beat the milk, coconut milk, condensed milk, cream, grated coconut and corn starch well in a blender. Then pour it into a pan and take it to the fire, stir until it thickens.
- Syrup: Place the cup of sugar and water in a pan and let it melt until it becomes syrup, then add the plums and let it thicken until it turns into plum jam (be careful not to overcook and the plums to fall apart).
- Then take the form, grease it with oil and pour the cream and let it freeze. Then just unmold and put the plum syrup on top.
