- Chives to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Salt to taste
- Sweet paprika to taste
- Curry to taste
- Cut the boiled eggs into 6 parts. Season with salt, sweet paprika, a pinch of curry and green smell (the chives make all the difference in the final flavor).
- Mix with 1 spoon of light mayonnaise and serve chilled in canapés or sandwiches!
