  1. In a mini bowl place the sugar, salt and pepper and mix well.
  2. Separate half of this mixture forming a bed underneath
  3. Separate the yolk from the white
  4. Place the yolk over the mixture layer and cover with the rest.
  5. Put in the fridge for 2 hours
  6. Enjoy the flavor of the yolk, I recommend a steak tartare accompaniment.
