Apple Cider Vinegar | 20 ml
Lemon juice | 10 ml
Fresh cream | 75 ml
Butter | 25 g
Salt | 1 coffee spoon
Recipe
Put the milk in a pan to heat. Bring the milk to a boil, remove from the heat and add the lemon and vinegar. Stir well and let it rest for at least 5 minutes. Pass through a sieve to separate the whey from the dough. Put the dough in the blender along with the other ingredients. Beat well on high power until smooth and shiny (about 4 minutes). Place in a glass jar or glass and refrigerate until firm. Amazing!
