  • Panko farofa | 2 cup
  • Butter | 2 tablespoon
  • Palm oil | 2 tablespoon
  • Minced garlic | 2 unit(s)
  • Chili pepper, chopped without seeds | 1 unit(s)
  • Chopped Onion |  to taste
  • Salt |  to taste

Recipe

  1. In a skillet, place the butter and palm oil.
  2. Add the minced garlic and chili pepper. Sauté quickly (1 min), stirring so that the garlic does not burn.
  3. Add the panko flour and stir until all the yellow flour is uniform.
  4. Season with salt and finish with the chopped chives.
