  • Bacon cut into cubes or strips | 50 g
  • Finely chopped onion | 1 unit(s)
  • Crushed Garlic Clove | 3 unit(s)
  • Eggs | 3 unit(s)
  • Cup of wheat flour | 1/2 unit(s)
  • Cup of wheat flour | 1 unit(s)
  • Chopped tomato | 1 unit(s)
  • grated carrot | 1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil, salt and pepper to taste | 1 unit(s)
  • parsley and chives to taste | 1 unit(s)


  1. Fry the bacon in a drizzle of oil until crispy. Add the onion and let it cook for 2 minutes. Add the garlic and mix well. Sprinkle the eggs on top, without stirring. When they are well cooked, mix carefully to leave large pieces. Add the flour and the necessary seasonings (salt and pepper) and let it fry for about 4 minutes, always stirring. Finally, add carrots, tomato, parsley and chives. Leave on the fire for 2 minutes and turn off
