Em uma panela coloque o óleo e o alho junto com a cebola e deixe dourar

Em seguida coloque a farinha  e vá mexendo e coloque o açafrão e fique mexendo e depois coloque a manteiga e vá mexendo até dar o ponto de q não esteja grudando na panela
