Ingredients
- Cassava flour | 300 g
- Onion | 1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic | 11/2 unit(s)
- Coriander | to taste
- Salt | to taste
- Margarine | 2 tablespoon
Recipe
- Count the onion into small pieces. Then mash the garlic.
- Take a pan, put the margarine and take it to the low fire add the onion and garlic and mix well until dora.
- Then add the flour little by little and stir, add the salt and coriander and mix well afterwards and just turn off the heat.
- Our farofa is ready.
