Ingredients

• Cassava flour | 300 g
• Onion | 1/2 unit(s)
• Garlic | 11/2 unit(s)
• Coriander |  to taste
• Salt |  to taste
• Margarine | 2 tablespoon

Recipe

1. Count the onion into small pieces. Then mash the garlic.
2. Take a pan, put the margarine and take it to the low fire add the onion and garlic and mix well until dora.
3. Then add the flour little by little and stir, add the salt and coriander and mix well afterwards and just turn off the heat.
4. Our farofa is ready.
