  • Garlic (cloves)2 unit(s)
  • Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Ground beef1 kg
  • Seasonings1 to taste
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Milk300 ml
  1. Saute onion, garlic and tomato
  2. Add the meat and do not stir for two minutes for it to release water.
  3. Stir the meat and let go of its gominhos, put the seasoning of your preference, salt and let it sauté
  4. In a separate bowl, place the wheat and milk and mix until creamy.
  5. Add the cream to the braised meat and stir until the dough forms.
  6. It is important not to put out the fire as the flour needs to be cooked
  7. Once the dough is formed, turn off the heat and let it cool to be able to shape your croquette.
  8. Beat an egg with a spoon of water
  9. Pass the croquettes in the egg
  10. Dip in breadcrumbs and fry
