- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees
- Cut the potatoes into strips and apply oil.
- In a bowl mix the ingredients and sprinkle on the potato.
- Place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes or until golden.
- Note: Just take it out of the oven and serve with any sauce of your choice.
