½ teaspoon of cornstarch

Modo de preparo

Corte as batatas como de costume, seque-as em papel toalha e reserve.

Coloque o óleo para ferver, quando estiver bem quente, retire ½ xícara (chá) do óleo quente e misture o amido de milho.

Despeje o óleo de volta na frigideira e, em seguida, coloque as batatas para fritar.

Retire, deposite sobre papel toalha e salgue a gosto.

Preparation mode

Cut the potatoes as usual, dry them on paper towels and set aside.

Put the oil to boil, when it is very hot, remove ½ cup (tea) of the hot oil and mix the corn starch.

Pour the oil back into the skillet, then place the potatoes to fry.

Remove, place on paper towels and salt to taste.
