- Cut the cabbage and garlic into thin slices. Spread on a baking sheet leaving a very thin layer of leaves, add the oil little by little and the salt and mix well (make the leaves wet, not soaked)
- Bake at medium temperature, stirring occasionally, until crispy.
- Note: the more spread out your leaves are, the crispier they will be.
