CRISPY CABBAGE

Corte a couve e o alho em fatias finas.
Espalhe em uma assadeira deixando uma camada bem fina de folhas, adicione o azeite aos poucos e o sal e misture bem (deixe as folhas molhadinhas, não encharcadas)

Cut the cabbage and garlic into thin slices.
Spread on a baking sheet leaving a very thin layer of leaves, add the oil little by little and the salt and mix well (make the leaves wet, not soaked)

Asse em temperatura média, mexendo de vez em quando, até ficar bem crocante.

Bake at medium temperature, stirring occasionally, until crispy.

Obs: quando mais espalhadas suas folhas estiverem, mais crocantes ficarão.

Note: the more spread out your leaves are, the crispier they will be.
