- Vegetable or chicken broth840 ml
- Cornmeal120 g
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Parmesan cheese2 tablespoon
- Sour cream1/2 unit(s)
- Salt. to taste
- Mix the cornmeal well with the vegetable broth in the pan with the fire turned off, using a whisk.
- With the fire on, mix until the polenta begins to thicken. Add some salt.
- After the polenta has thickened well, add the butter and mix. Then add the cream and grated cheese and mix until dissolved. Adjust salt if necessary and serve hot.
