English Potato1 kg
Whole milk250 ml
Cottage cheese200 g
Sliced Mozzarella Cheese250 g
Nutmeg Powder1 coffee spoon
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
unsalted butter2 tablespoon
Chives2 tablespoon

Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes
In a pan, cook with water and salt until soft.
Mix well together with the butter and nutmeg.
Bring to a boil again and add milk, curd, and mozzarella cheese, stirring constantly.
Season with salt and pepper, add the chives and serve immediately.
