Creamy Mashed Potato

Cozinha as batatas com 1 colher de sal, depois de cozida amasse com o garfo.


Cook the potatoes with 1 tablespoon of salt, once cooked, mash them with a fork.


Numa panela em fogo baixo coloque leite, 1 colher de manteiga e o cheiro verde deixe levantar fervura e entre com as batatas amassadas mexendo até dar o ponto, desligue o fogo finalize com o queijo e tampe a panela para que o calor derreta o queijo.
