- Soluble coffee | 50 g
- Sugar | 1 cup
- Hot water | 1 cup
- Whisk the ingredients in a stand mixer until doubled in size.
- As soon as it becomes like a cream/mousse, pour it into a pot
- To store just leave the pot in the freezer, it won't melt!
- To serve, just put 2 tablespoons of this cream in a cup of hot milk.
