- Boiling Water1 cup
- Soluble coffee50 g
- Cinnamon to taste
- Place the soluble coffee, sugar, cinnamon (optional) in the mixer, mix well to incorporate.
- Add the boiling water and beat for 5-10 minutes until it doubles in volume and obtains a fluffy and homogeneous cream.
- Transfer the mixture to a jar with a lid and store in the freezer.
- To serve, place 2 tablespoons of creamy coffee in a cup or mug, and cover with boiling milk.
