- Alcohol Vinegar50 ml
- Salt to taste
- Boil the milk, remove from the heat, quickly add the alcohol vinegar and wait 5 minutes.
- In a sieve you remove all the whey and reserve the mass that was dripping
- The dough that was left in the sieve you put in the blender with the butter or margarine add the whey little by little until you get a creamy conscience add salt to taste
- Store in the fridge for up to a week
