- When you release all the fat from the bacon itself, turn off the heat and let it cool for a few hours. Preferably do this process before starting lunch
- After a few hours, turn the heat to high and let the bacon fry, stirring constantly, it falls and starts to crackle. Keep stirring until it's completely pururuca. Remove and let cool to serve.
