  1. I don't like to temper the bacon because I use the butter like that.
  2. So first you chop it up and take it in a pan with space to lie down

  4. Then you take the cracklings and remove all the fat from it
  5. Place on paper towels to dry
  6. Put it in a shape and take it in the oven for 15 minutes at 150 degrees
  7. Then just sprinkle salt and eat with lemon on top
