- Mix the couscous flour well with the water, salt, butter, sugar, and grated coconut.
- Add water to the bottom of the couscous pan halfway.
- Bring to a boil until it boils.
- Mix the couscous mass once more to make it loose and place it in the couscous pan without squeezing it.
- Cover and let cook for 10 minutes.
- Let it rest for 3 minutes and then unmold.
