- Chopped Onion1 to taste
- Water1 to taste
- In a bowl, mix the couscous, salt and water, stir and let it rest for 3 minutes.
- In a couscous pan, add water and bring to a boil, add the couscous and cook for 10 minutes.
- In a frying pan, add the already salted meat, the oil and let it fry for 5 minutes, add the chopped onion and mix with the couscous.
