- Onion1 to taste
- Salt1 to taste
- Butter3 tablespoon
- Water500 ml
- In a bowl, mix the couscous, salt and water and let it rest for 3 minutes.
- Then put water in the couscous pan and let it boil, put the couscous and leave it for 10 minutes.
- On a cutting board, cut the sausage into thin slices and chop the onion.
- In a frying pan, add the sausage, onion and a little butter, take the eggs and crack together with the sausage and let it fry for 5 minutes.
- Then put the couscous in a bowl put the sausage and eggs mix everything and that's it
