- Boiled Eggs2 unit(s)
- Canned sardines in tomato sauce125 g
- Chopped Tomato to taste
- Chopped Onion to taste
- grated carrot to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Olives for garnish to taste
- Cheese of choice100 g
- Filtered water200 ml
- In a refractory, add the corn flakes with the water and a pinch of salt, mix well so that the dough absorbs the water and set aside for 10 minutes.
- Then add the chopped eggs, the sardines with the broth and the vegetables.
- Mix well so that the dough is well mixed with the other ingredients.
- Place the mixture in a couscous bowl, place the cheese and olives on top and leave in the heat for 10 minutes after the water boils.
- Couscous is ready!!!
