  • Corn flakes250 g
  • Boiled Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Canned sardines in tomato sauce125 g
  • Chopped Tomato to taste
  • Chopped Onion to taste
  • grated carrot to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Olives for garnish to taste
  • Cheese of choice100 g
  • Filtered water200 ml
  1. In a refractory, add the corn flakes with the water and a pinch of salt, mix well so that the dough absorbs the water and set aside for 10 minutes.
  2. Then add the chopped eggs, the sardines with the broth and the vegetables.
  3. Mix well so that the dough is well mixed with the other ingredients.
  4. Place the mixture in a couscous bowl, place the cheese and olives on top and leave in the heat for 10 minutes after the water boils.
  5. Couscous is ready!!!
