@nacozinhacomsol- Ingredients
- Recipe
- Olive oil1/2 cup
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Tomato sauce200 g
- Corn1 can(s)
- Chopped bell pepper1 unit(s)
- Can of chopped sardines2 unit(s)
- Can of natural tuna pieces1 can(s)
- Green smell to taste
- Salt and spices to taste
- Shrimp broth tablet1 unit(s)
- Flaked Corn Flour3 cup
- Tomato, sardines, quail egg, olive garnish to taste
- Water3 cup
- Olive to taste
- In a pan, take the oil and place the onion to fry, then add the peppers, the olives, the corn, the tomato sauce and the green smell.. mix well. Season with salt, oregano, cumin, coriander powder, sweet paprika , parsley and dehydrated garlic, or the seasonings of your choice....add the shrimp broth, the sardines and the tuna....mix well, add the water and let it boil ..try the salt..here the important thing is it's the weather..
- Once it boils, lower the heat and gradually add the flour and keep stirring and cooking...until everything is added...I like the softer point..but when it cools it hardens..
- Take a shape with a hole in the middle, brush with oil and place your decoration.. Put the dough still hot and wait to cool and unmold.
