- Corn1 can(s)
- Milk2 cup
- Corn Starch1 tablespoon
- Garlic to taste
- Small onion1/2 unit(s)
- Sour cream1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Cottage cheese2 tablespoon
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Place half of the corn, milk, corn starch, cream and cottage cheese in a blender. Beat for 1 minute.
- In a pan, melt the butter and sauté the onion and garlic. Add the rest of the corn and then the cream. Stir until thickened. After boiling hit the salt.
