- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Sour Cream1 can(s)
- Grated Cheese1/2 unit(s)
- Milk2 cup
- Maizena1/2 dessert spoon
- In the blender, beat half of the can of corn, with the milk, the cornstarch and then reserve the mixture.
- In a pan, sauté the onion in butter with the rest of the corn, pour in the blender mixture and stir until smooth.
- Finally, turn off the heat, add the whey-free cream and 1/2 bag of grated cheese. Season and adjust salt if necessary. Ready!
