Canned corn

Bata no liquidificador metade do milho sem a água com o leite e a farinha.

Blend half of the corn without the water with the milk and flour in a blender.

Em uma panela, frite a cebola na manteiga até começar a ficar transparente.

In a pan, fry the onion in the butter until it starts to become transparent.

Adicione a mistura do liquidificador e mexe até ficar mais encorpado. 

Add the blender mixture and stir until it gets thicker.

Adicione o creme de leite e continue mexendo até engrossar.

Add the cream and continue stirring until it thickens.

Sirva como acompanhante de carnes, frango ou peixe.

Serve as an accompaniment to meat, chicken or fish.
