- Onion1/2 cup
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Milk1 cup
- Wheat flour1 tablespoon
- Blend half of the corn without the water with the milk and flour in a blender.
- In a pan, fry the onion in the butter until it starts to become transparent.
- Add the blender mixture and stir until it gets thicker.
- Add the cream and continue stirring until it thickens.
- Serve as an accompaniment to meat, chicken or fish.
