- Salt to taste
- In a pan, place 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine and 1 chopped onion. Let it brown.
- Then add 1 cup of green corn and saute
- Reserve 2 tablespoons of the stir-fry.
- Transfer the rest of the saute to the blender.
- Then add 350 milliliters of milk and 1 tablet of chicken broth. Mix until you get a smooth mixture.
- Then transfer to a pan and add the beans that have been reserved.
- In a container, place 1 and a half tablespoon of cornstarch and dissolve in 4 tablespoons of milk.
- Then add the cornstarch to the pan and salt to taste.
- With a whisk, mix quickly to prevent lumps. Cook until thickened.
- Then add half a can of cream and mix again until incorporated.
- Serve immediately.
