- Blend the corn and milk in a blender and set aside.
- In a pan put a thread of oil and butter, add the onion and sauté well.
- Add the wheat flour and stir well until it dissolves completely and starts to bubble.
- Add the liquid, salt and black pepper and mix well until it thickens.
