- Tomato2 unit(s)

- Tomato sauce1 cup
- Corn1 can(s)
- Green Smell to taste
- Salt and spices to taste
- First we are going to make the stuffing, sauté the onion, tomato and peppers until they wilt well, add the meat and sauté well, season and salt to your liking, add the corn and tomato sauce, cover with water and let it cook until the sauce has reduced.
- For pancakes, just beat the milk, egg, salt, and flour in a blender.
- In a large, non-stick frying pan, put a drizzle of oil and spread with a napkin.
- Place a ladle of the pancake batter, turn the pan sideways until the batter runs off and cover the entire surface of the pan, when you see that the edges are coming off, turn the pancake and bake on the other side, do this until the batter is finished and place they on a plate
- Now just fill the pancakes, on a bench or table place a pancake and 3 spoons of meat and roll it up and put it in a refractory, do this until the pancakes run out
- Then cover with the leftover sauce and serve, make sure you've made enough sauce to cover the pancakes later, serve with your side dish
