  • garlic cloves5 unit(s)
  • salt1 teaspoon
  • olive oil1.1/2 cup
  • cherry tomato500 g
  1. Wash and dry the tomatoes well.
  2. In a bowl, add the oil, salt and pepper.
  3. Right after which the covered tomatoes (if necessary, put a little sauce on the other side)
  4. Finish with the fresh herbs (here I chose to use thyme, oregano and rosemary, which are heat resistant herbs. Unlike basil, ok?)
  5. Then take the oven at low temperature for approximately 2 hours or until your tomatoes are very soft.
