- Sliced garlic to taste
- Rosemary, Thyme, Oregano, Basil Olive Oil to taste
- Olive oil for basting the tomatoes well to taste
- Salt to taste
- Pepperoni (pinch) to taste
- Cut the tomatoes in half and place in a refractory
