  • Parmesan Cheese50 g
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Green Smell to taste
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Wheat Flour100 g
  • Breadcrumbs100 g
  • Oil for Frying to taste
  1. First remove all the sticks from the coalho cheese and then cut it in half. Put the flour in a bowl and the eggs too.
  2. Dip a piece in flour, then in beaten egg and roll in breadcrumbs. Do this to all pieces and set aside.
  3. In a pan, put a drizzle of oil and add the crushed garlic and diced onion to sauté. Add the diced peppers to brown.
  4. Then add the tomato cut into cubes to braise. Mix well and let cook for 5 minutes. Then put the tomato sauce and mix.
  5. Put salt and black pepper and mix well and let it boil for 5 minutes. Fry the breaded cheeses and place them on a platter with a bed of sauce and the pieces of cheese.
  6. Place the sauce on top of the cheese and Parmesan cheese. Take to bake for 10 minutes and put the green smell to serve.
