- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Green Smell to taste

- Wheat Flour100 g
- Breadcrumbs100 g
- Oil for Frying to taste
- First remove all the sticks from the coalho cheese and then cut it in half. Put the flour in a bowl and the eggs too.
- Dip a piece in flour, then in beaten egg and roll in breadcrumbs. Do this to all pieces and set aside.
- In a pan, put a drizzle of oil and add the crushed garlic and diced onion to sauté. Add the diced peppers to brown.
- Then add the tomato cut into cubes to braise. Mix well and let cook for 5 minutes. Then put the tomato sauce and mix.
- Put salt and black pepper and mix well and let it boil for 5 minutes. Fry the breaded cheeses and place them on a platter with a bed of sauce and the pieces of cheese.
- Place the sauce on top of the cheese and Parmesan cheese. Take to bake for 10 minutes and put the green smell to serve.
