- Basmati or jasmine rice100 g
- Lemongrass Infusion200 ml
- Onion1/4 unit(s)
- Crushed garlic1 unit(s)
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Turmeric or Spicy Paprika1 dessert spoon
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black sesame to taste
- Prepare an infusion of lemongrass and reserve. Wash the rice until all the starch comes out and then sauté the onion and garlic (1 clove) in olive oil. Add the washed rice and then the lemongrass infusion. Adjust the salt and wait for the rice to cook. When it is almost cooked, add the turmeric or paprika. Add as much black pepper as needed and serve garnished with black sesame seeds on top.
