- Cooked chickpeas | 200 g

- Tomato sauce | 1 unit(s)
- Olive oil | 2 tablespoon
- Salt | 1 dessert spoon
- Parsley | 1 to taste
Recipe
- Put the chickpeas to cook with a little water for 15 minutes and then drain the water
