- Chicken breast1/2 kg
- Seasonings0 to taste
- Ketchup2 tablespoon
- Mustard2 tablespoon
- Tomato Extract2 tablespoon
- Sour cream2 can(s)
- Corn1 can(s)
- Cut the chicken breast into cubes and season (I used salt, seasoning, cumin, parsley, knor and food coloring)
- Put it in a pan and let it cook for a while.
- Add the ketchup, mustard and tomato paste and cook over low heat.
- Add the cream and the corn and bring to a boil (watch the salt and add it if needed)
- and it's ready
