Ingredients

  • Chicken breast | 800 g
  • Ham |  to taste
  • Cheese |  to taste
  • Onion | 2 unit(s)
  • Garlic Clove | 3 unit(s)
  • Pepper | 2 unit(s)
  • Tomato sauce | 400 g
  • Olive oil |  to taste
  • Basil |  to taste
  • Salt |  to taste

Recipe

  1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Place the ham and cheese on top of each fillet and roll up.
  2. Arrange the rolls on a platter. Prepare the sauce by frying the onion and garlic, finely chopped, for 5 minutes over medium heat.
  3. Add the peppers, cut into small pieces and cover the pan with a lid.
  4. Let it boil for 10 minutes over moderate heat. Add the tomato sauce.
  5. Season with black pepper and basil. Pour the resulting sauce over the chicken rolls.
