- Olive oil2 teaspoon
- Cook the chicken in the pressure cooker, cover with water and add seasonings to taste.
- After cooking, remove the water and shred it in the pan without the pressure shaking.
- In another pan add the chopped onion and saute with oil and add the chicken.
- Add the grated carrot and mix well.
- Add the mayonnaise little by little and mix well until you get a creamy texture.
- You can serve it with puma bread or as a cold salad, it's delicious.
