- 🔹 Hit the blender ⤵️ The corn with the cream of milk and the curd, set aside. Brown the garlic with the onion and add the shredded chicken, season with salt and pepper, add the ingredients blended in the blender and stir well over low heat for 5 minutes, parsley to taste. 🔹 On a platter add all the chicken, put the mozzarella on top and the straw potato or sweet potato straw on top, take it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes!
