  • Maizena1 tablespoon
  • Mozzarella300 g
  • Straw Potato200 g
  • Seasoning1 to taste
  1. Put the chicken breast in the pressure cooker with water a little seasoning to taste (chicken broth salt), leave for 15 minutes after getting pressure
  2. Shred the chicken and reserve it!
  3. Beat the corn in the blender (it can be with water that comes in the can), milk a cup and sauté with a spoon of butter and Maizena until it thickens, reserve this cream!
  4. Layer the shredded chicken, the mozzarella cream and potato straws and bake for 5 minutes and serve hot.
