- Cooked and shredded chicken breast400 g
- Knorr Chicken Broth Cube1 unit(s)
- Canned Knorr Corn Drained1 unit(s)
- can of sour cream1 unit(s)
- cup of cream cheese1 unit(s)
- sliced mozzarella cheese200 g
- potato straw1/2 cup
- In a pan, put the butter and take it to the high fire to melt. Add the onion and sauté until golden.
- Add the chicken breast and fry quickly. Add the cube of Knorr Chicken Broth already dissolved in the boiling water and let it cook over low heat, with the pan half covered, until the liquid dries up.
- Meanwhile, in the blender jar, beat the Knorr canned corn, the cream and the curd until smooth. Transfer the contents to the pan with the chicken and mix well until slightly thickened.
- Preheat the oven to medium temperature (180°C).
- Place the fricassee in a medium refractory, cover with the mozzarella slices and bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese melts.
- Remove from the oven, finish with the potato straw and serve next.
