Chicken breast700 g
Potato700 g
Scallions1 unit(s)
Eggs3 unit(s)
Cooking cream250 ml
Cheese150 g
Thyme to taste
Parsley to taste
Olive oil20 ml
Salt to taste

Cut the potatoes, meat and onion. Season with salt, pepper and thyme, add the oil. Shake well. Pour into a pan.
Beat the eggs with the cream and a little salt.
Pour the resulting mixture over the meat and potatoes. Sprinkle with parsley and grated cheese.
We cover the tray with foil, which we pierce in some places with a knife. Bake for 30 minutes.
Then remove the foil and bake for 15 minutes.
