  • Diced dried meat500 g
  • Ceboka2 unit(s)
  • Crushed garlic1 tablespoon
  • Chicken Knorr2 unit(s)
  • Sazon sachet2 unit(s)
  • Diced Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Green Smell1 unit(s)
  • Sweet olive oil4 tablespoon
  • Cumin1 dessert spoon
  • Dye2 tablespoon
  • Coriander1 cup
  • Water for cooking to taste
  • Tomato Extract2 tablespoon
  1. Wash and cut the okra and set aside.
  2. Cut the jerky into cubes and desalt.
  3. In a pan put the oil, cumin, coloring, sazon, pepper, knorr, tomato extract, onion, tomato, green smell and sauté with the jerky.
  4. Add the chopped okra and water to cook.
  5. When cooked it is ready to serve.
