- Cashew Nut Yogurt200 ml
- Lemon1/2 unit(s)
- Parsley or mint1 tablespoon
- Pink salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- In a bowl put the yogurt; You can use regular yogurt too and the juice of half a lemon.
- Finely chop the parsley and add to the sauce. The salt I put a pinch of pepper too. It goes to taste.
- I served it with a variety of salad, lettuce leaves and a veggie burger baked in the oven.
