  • Gouda50 g
  • Mozzarella50 g
  • Swiss cheese50 g
  • Cognac50 ml
  • Heavy cream200 g
  • Chopped stale bread to taste
  1. In a pan, combine all the cheeses with the brandy and flambe.
  2. Add the Heavy cream.
  3. Over low heat, keep stirring until everything is incorporated.
  4. Transfer the fondue to a pan with a stove.
  5. Serve with pieces of stale bread. Yes, the heat from the fondue helps soften the bread. It looks great!
